With realtors on-site at our communities, we’re always ready to answer your questions and assist you in delivering the best experience for your clients. Just ensure your clients are pre-registered to take advantage of this partnership opportunity.

Please complete all fields for this registration to be valid:

1. The broker must be the procuring cause of the sale.
2. The broker MUST accompany the prospect in person at the time of the initial registration OR register client in advance.
3. All broker registrations are valid for a 60-day period from the date of registration.
4. Broker registrations can be extended for 30-day periods at a time.
5. All broker registrations are subject to a valid, executed buyer broker agreement between the registered prospect and broker.
6. Any prospect previously registered with Providence Homes cannot be re-registered by another broker during the 60 day registration period. If a client is found to be currently registered, the registration is invalid.
7. In the event more than one broker has registered the same client, a commission will be paid only to the broker who first registered the client provided said broker registration and buyer broker agreement is still in effect at the time the buyer executes the purchase agreement.
8. Commission will be paid to the registered and procuring Broker with a valid, current registration. Commissions are paid at a rate of 2.5% of the base price + elevation. Payment will occur upon closing & full funding.
9. Commissions are not paid on options or additions.
